CRAZY?!

Well it is safe to say that we have lost our minds!! Tell me why we thought it a good idea to bring home a new puppy from our friends house?! Conrad---our first love---what a great dog--and now we bring home a puppy?! Maci officaly joined our household about three weeks ago. At first we thought it would be easy---just put her in the crate--it worked with Conrad. I didn't know dogs could scream---but they can!!! So with that now our new Maci is officaly an outside dog--and she is fine with that---and so am I!!!

Since the day Lane was born I had been planning the first birthday party!!! And of course as our luck here in the Smith household would go----he was sick!!! But we didn't find out he was really sick until the day of the party---what do you do?! call it off!!! Not us party people---we went ahead and had the party and it was great fun! Lane was such a great boy---so big!!!!
